Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Evaluate annual engagement survey data and look for trends, forward-thinking spots, and opportunities
  • Collect feedback from business partners on current engagement design
  • Analyze data to identify key drivers of engagement and inform design of department level or enterprise wide interventions.
  • Develop training materials for teams who would like to learn more about how to increase engagement within their teams.
  • Upskill the team by sharing new academic data in your field
  • Participate in crafting and implementing our culture roadmap



  • Pursuing Master’s degree or Ph. D in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. Must be a current student throughout the summer 2021 internship
