CMA Administrator

Things you should know about working as a CMA Administrator:
This position is responsible for inputting, monitoring and ensuring accuracy and compliance of Customer Sales Agreements in MARS Sales Force.

What would success look like?
• Daily input and maintenance of Customer Sales agreements into MARS 
• Review, research and maintain daily, quarterly, semi-annual and annual and periodic system outputs; including listings for accruals, check requests, errors and contract maintenance 
• Research, analyze and communicate accrual and payment information to Field Sales, PRGM Planning Analysts; Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as requested
• Manage marketing and entertainment accruals vs spend and submit reporting to Field Sales for review, in coordination with invoices and expense reports submitted for reimbursement.
• Submit required information to MDM team for customer payee set-up
• Distribute quarterly reports to Field Sales team of all contract elements for their review
• Create and distribute quarterly, semi-annual and year-end check register reports providing detailed accrual information for Field Sales team review and subsequent check approval Process high quantity of check requests for one time, quarterly, semi-annual and year end payments 
• Manage distribution and handling of checks to the field
• Accurate input of on-invoice contract funding and submission to Price Execution team

Minimum Qualifications
• Detail oriented and highly organized 
• Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis 
• Flexibility and willingness to contribute as needed to address emergent issues 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast pace environment 
• Self-starter with strong initiative and business acumen 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information 
• Must be customer service orientated with a professional, courteous demeanor 
• Ability to challenge contract noncompliance issues in a professional manner 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to comprehend contract terminology 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
• Business degree preferred; accounting proficiency with numerical data a must 
• SAP experience preferred
