Sales Support Coordinator


Main Objective:

To provide support to the Sales Account Managers, managing the implementation and execution of all customer purchase orders. Sales Support Coordinator will coordinate between the Sales Account Manager and customers to ensure that every detail is confirmed and clearly documented to enable accurate production and shipment of each order. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review details of each order, communicating any issues with pricing, missing line items, or questions to the Sales Account Manager and/or the customer.
  • Input purchase orders into SAGE, and create appropriate shipping documents to schedule the order
  • Send samples as requested
  • Collaborate with graphics and customers to create and finalize artwork approvals.  Upon approval, process paperwork for print shop.
  • Work with Sales Account Manager and customer to obtain additional items necessary to produce the order including address lists, card information, and additional items to be included in the order.
  • Create and organize production bag with all items and details of each order to ensure accuracy and ease of processing for the production time.
  • Provide ongoing checking of orders and production bags from other team members.
  • Communicate shipping details and tracking to customers
  • Review and provide final billing to accounting for invoicing



  • Prefer 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Some college preferred
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Organization and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office products
  • Highly motivated and detail oriented
  • Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work some overtime as required by business needs
