Working as a key member of the Hatch Digital / Systems Integration Team, you will lead engagements and opportunities specialized on systems integration for EAM/APM systems. You will thrive in a fast-paced project environment and will be passionate about helping our clients across different industry verticals – mining and metals, energy and infrastructure, improve their asset management practices.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead a team responsible for the development and implementation of EAM/APM systems for our clients.
  • Develop, Mentor and Coach a team on both technical and functional implementation of Meridian and Bentley APM technologies
  • Develop and improve our project implementation processes for APM and EAM systems integration
  • Work in collaboration with our Advisory / Change Management to develop change management and organizational strategies to support APM / EAM systems implementations
  • Work in collaboration with our Advisory / Asset Management team on the implementation of business workflows within the APM / EAM
  • Work in collaboration with our Data Science and Advisory / Asset Management team on the development of predictive maintenance strategies
  • Work in collaboration with our Digital Project Delivery and Digital Twins leads to implement APM and EAM related uses cases
  • Supports development of APM / EAM Service Level Agreement to coordinate all user and administration responsibilities and expectations for system, user, and administrator performance.
  • Manages the interface to Hatch Client EAM leaders and supports internal client work teams and task forces in resolving APM / EAMS challenges and supports the development of project requirements for platform enhancement opportunities.
  • Coordination of design, reviews, and analysis of APM / EAMS reports utilizing various report writing software.
  • Creation of the detailed functional and technical architectures for the APM / EAMS with a full understanding of the system requirements, available data sources (meters and sub-meters), physical and logical networks in production and/or power facilities, production performance analysis techniques (e.g., OEE) and track and trace requirements.
  • The EAM / APM systems integration team will be responsible for:
    • Support the development and implementation/integration of “Level 1” and “Level 2” systems such as Control Systems, Timeseries Historians, Manufacturing Execution Systems with EAM/APM Systems, this will include:
    • Data integrity controls and integration with the financial and other disparate systems
    • Database system deployment including server set-up and the implementation of industry standard security measures and systems
    • Support development and implementation of effective and sustainable training programs and documentation for new and experienced system administrators and users.
    • Develop and update effective on-line training programs for user management reference and roll-out as needed to support skill building and enhancement as needed.
    • Develop technical specifications for system upgrades and changes
    • Monitor and evaluate APM / EAMS performance to ensure alignment with client’s performance goals and KPIs and all applicable rules and regulations.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience leading the project execution and technical leadership team both at Client Organization in industries like Mining, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Rail, Ports and/or on a EAM/APM Systems Integrator or Technology Providers organization
  • Verbal and written communication, including ability to describe complex issues in terms system users can readily understand.
  • Translating and solutioning user-derived activities and end-user requirements into effective and efficient platform configuration to attain client business objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with client stakeholders
  • Developing quality control techniques related to final product completion.
  • Using professional and/or technical concepts to perform assigned duties and solve problems.
  • Academic training in one of the following disciplines; Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Systems Engineering
  • EAM and APM expertise with systems such as Meridian, Bentley, ABB Eclipse, IBM Maximo, INFOR, Trapeze or other systems
  • SQL or other database experience, including scripting
