Job Title: 1st shift Cycle Counter

Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday

Reports to: Sr. Logistics Manager

Job Summary: The Cycle Counter will be responsible for counting and maintaining inventory accuracy throughout all of the CPC campuses and any satellite facilities. The cycle counter will perform physical counts of on hand material to ensure, material quantity and attributes are correct and make corrections as needed.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the cycle count program

• Root cause, and provide suggestion, to improve inventory inaccuracies throughout the organization

• Help coordinate and participate in full physical inventories and blitzes

• Recommend and help implement changes to improve inventory practices and procedures.

• Assist the PFEP program development and deliverables with guidance from leadership

• Ensure inventory remains accurate and secure through all areas of the organization

• Ensure that standard work and processes are followed, meeting inventory quality standards

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), basic leadership skills to help enforce good inventory practices through the organization

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing or implementing a PFEP program

• Hands on experience with Oracle ERP

• Experience with Excel

• Prior cycle counting or inventory auditing experience

• Inventory Management experience preffered
