Treasury Analyst II

Description

The Treasury Analyst II will be responsible for the posting of cash and credit transactions to the general ledger and to obtain and maintain accounting and statistical records. The Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities, and assist with financial analysis of the Treasury Management function. 

Job Responsibilities
  • Management of banking and reconciliation interfaces
  • Oversight and/or monthly reconciliation of multiple complex bank accounts
  • Prepare routine and ad hoc reporting accompanied by the required supporting documentation for management
  • Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance and ensure appropriate documentation
  • Perform credit card processing reconciliation and credit card chargeback functions
  • Responsible for month end close procedures and reporting
  • Ensure timely daily/weekly/monthly reporting and proofing of cash balances
  • Recommend, implement, and maintain process improvements
  • Assist in quarterly and year-end audits
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 3 years of Treasury or Cash Management experience
  • Intermediate/Expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Outlook
  • Large ERP systems experience preferably SAP; ReconNET software a plus
  • Proven track record of automation and process improvement
  • Ability to be cross trained for other Treasury roles and responsibilities
  • Strong commitment to leadership and integrity required
  • Self-motivated with ability to work within deadlines
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
