The Renewals Manager is responsible for managing our renewal sales team for major accounts within the Americas region. The Renewals Manager requires strong leadership skills, demonstrates proven and disciplined sales methodologies, and is responsible for driving service sales for Keysight hardware and software products. The Keysight Renewals team responsibilities includes sale of first year conversions (renewals), maintenance agreements, and upselling the Keysight services portfolio to the entire customer organization, from technicians to executives to ensure timely and effective renewal of customer agreements. The Renewals Manager focus will be developing and leading a top producing sales team, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include development and unification of various business processes, influencing long-term strategic direction, managing sales funnel activities, precision sales forecasts, and working directly with sales teams and customers to further establish Keysight as a long-term value partner.

Leadership
