Lead Real Estate Projects Coordinator - Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • Under broad direction, plans and manages assigned Real Estate Services projects including design, construction, renovation, or replacement of company office, laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse, service center, and site infrastructure facilities.
    • Plans and manages different type of projects,
    • In this role the employee will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions
    • Works with the Director role in
  • Supervises through subordinates up to 20 subcontract employees.
    • Potentially – will work with consultants on data base development 
  • Coordinates diverse activities within a functional area.
    • Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders (RES or outside RES)
    • Critical thinking
    • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
    • Broad understanding of the RES strategy 
  • Plans work and administers policies.
    • Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key RES business decisions. 
  • Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions.  
  • Job role contributes directly to value creation.
    • Contribution related to streamline process and execution using the appropriate tools 
  • Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in architecture, engineering, or business administration.
    • Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries
    • Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to RES efforts for portfolio optimization and other key business outcomes 
  • 5 years of experience in project management which includes experience in facility construction or remodeling and management experience.
    • Management experience related to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously.
    • Requires excellent communication and collaboration skills
