Overview

 

We are looking for a new Franchise Operator to lead our Foodland location in St. Marys.  If you are looking to lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location, this is the perfect opportunity for you!  

 

St Marys Foodland is one of two grocery stores in a quaint mining town with a population over 7,000. Situated 40 minutes northeast of London and 20 minutes southwest of Stratford. St. Marys is a full service store with a total square footage of 15,175.

What you will demonstrate to us:

 

  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Superior leadership skills
  • Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
  • 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
