We are looking for anexperienced Property Managerto join our well-established team inPort Macquarie . You’ll take on a well-maintained portfolio, supported by a professional and friendly team that values quality service and work-life balance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a tidy and well-maintained residential portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine inspections, manage maintenance and repairs
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
- Ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation and agency standards
SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong working knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies Act
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
