Registered Nurse - NICU

Provides direct patient care using the nursing process while maintaining accountability for assigned patients. Coordinates care across departments, evaluates care effectiveness, and ensures patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Delivers care in alignment with organizational mission, values, and service standards.

Position Details:

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience required.

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)

Licensure

• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact license (required)

Certifications

• BLS (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire

• Additional certifications may be required based on unit, including:

  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, OCN, CPHON, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other unit-specific certifications
