What You’ll Do
- Handle and support Sales Executives’ requests while resolving customer issues efficiently

- Verify sales information on every interaction to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage and resolve first‑level sales escalations
- Follow up daily on unresolved cases until full resolution
- Deliver professional and high‑quality support to external customers
- Create a positive, customer‑friendly experience through effective communication
- Provide timely, accurate assistance while maintaining integrity and adherence to SOPs
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Mandarin and good command of English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
