What We’re Looking For

• Current Learn‑to‑Swim teaching qualification
• Positive, supportive attitude and genuine passion for working with children
• Strong communication skills and reliability

Bonus Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification — highly valued and allows for extended shifts
• Applicants with both qualifications can expect a minimum of 10 hours per week
