Experienced NDIS Support Worker Sydney
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced NDIS Support Workers to provide high‑quality, person‑centred support to NDIS participants across Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily living and personal care support
- Assist with community access and social activities
- Support participants to achieve their NDIS goals
- Domestic assistance including cleaning, cooking, and meal preparation
- Maintain professional communication and accurate progress notes
Essential Requirements (Mandatory)
- Proven experience as an NDIS Support Worker
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (clear)
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check (valid)
- 100 Point ID verification
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Right to work in Australia
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Preferred (but not mandatory)
- Manual Handling Certificate
- COVID‑19 vaccination evidence (if required)
- Pakistani background preferred for cultural compatibility
- Basic Pakistani cooking skills preferred
