• Experience: Proven track record in catering, bar work, and retail sales, including a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Interactive and Media Design.
• Skills: Strong teamwork, punctuality, and a dual-threat capability in both customer service and graphic design.
• Attributes: Highly motivated, curious, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on hygiene and food safety.

Work Conditions

• Location: Based in Castle Hill, NSW, with a valid Driver’s Licence for easy commuting.
• Flexibility: Experienced in working under pressure in high-volume environments like craft beer bars and seafood restaurants.
• Professionalism: Committed to Australian hospitality standards, supported by native French and intermediate English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality front-of-house service, including welcoming guests, taking orders, and managing table service.
• Perform bar duties such as beer pouring, basic drink preparation, and efficient cash handling/POS operations.
• Support back-of-house operations as a kitchen hand, maintaining food safety standards and assisting with food preparation.
• Assist with event and cocktail setup, including tray service for drinks and canapés.
• Create engaging social media content (photo/video/graphic) to enhance brand identity and digital presence.
