About the role
We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support our Adelaide Office. We are looking for an organised and motivated individual who is eager to provide exceptional administrative support. Our team are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients whilst managing your own lifestyle and wellbeing.
Standard week will look like
- Answering and directing calls in a professional manner
- Preparing boardroom, welcoming clients and clearing the boardroom for further use
- Deliveries and collections within the CBD
- Filing (physical and electronic)
- Collecting, processing and distributing mail
- Electronic filing of court documents
- Scanning, printing and archiving
- Tidying and stocking the office, kitchen and stationery areas
- Assisting the Legal Secretary team with tasks
- Coordinating office functions
- Any other ad‑hoc administrative tasks as your skills grow
Skills and Experiences
- Good MS Office proficiency
- A strong and reliable work ethic
- Great organisational skills
- Self‑management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills
- A friendly and professional manner
- The desire to learn, grow and be part of a team
