Job Description
- End‑to‑end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Managing supplier and subcontractor relationships, including day‑to‑day communication
- Managing and tracking retention payments
- Preparing and managing payment schedules aligned to project milestones
- Processing receipts and maintaining accurate financial records
- Providing financial and administrative support to Project Managers
- Day‑to‑day office management and general business administration
- Identifying and improving processes and systems across finance and admin
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in a Finance & Administration, Office Manager, or senior accounts role
- Strong AP/AR skills within a construction or project‑based environment preferred
- Comfortable managing suppliers, trades, and multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work autonomously
- Practical mindset - able to see what needs to be done and take ownership
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
