Austcorp Executive is partnering with an Electrical Engineering & Maintenance provider, this is an Australian owned operator who specialises in providing tailored services to the Industrial, Mining & Defence sector.
As a result of continued growth we are actively recruiting for an Lead Electrical Estimator to join the team.
As the Electrical Estimator your duties will include:
- Own pre-award estimating from tender through to submission for Electrical projects.
- Tender packaging, bid management, tender reviews and submission coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, contractors and stakeholders.
- Communicate with engineers to provide engineering design feedback.
You will be qualified and competent in the following:
- Electrical trade certificate highly desirable.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the industrial, commercial, mining or defence sector.
- Experience with estimating software ideally SimPRO.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and Australian standards.
- Comfortable managing multiple tenders concurrently and maintaining quality under deadlines.
