Work Arrangement: 3 days a week work from office
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Wintel SME with deep expertise across Wintel, O365, Citrix, VMware, and cloud infrastructure (Azure & AWS). The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery, operations, and hands‑on team leadership. This role requires strong technical depth, the ability to lead teams effectively, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure service excellence across hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Wintel, O365, Citrix, VMware, Azure, and AWS services.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management with a focus on stability and quality.
Technical Leadership
- Provide expert guidance on: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DFS, DHCP, Group Policies, M365 (Exchange Online, Teams), Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops, F5, VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA/DRS, Azure & AWS cloud infrastructure (IaaS, networking, IAM, monitoring, security).
- Lead complex troubleshooting and serve as the final escalation point.
- Drive operational excellence through automation, standardization, and best practices.
Cloud Infrastructure Management (Azure & AWS)
- Review and optimize architecture, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- AWS Workspaces
- Utilize cloud-native tools for monitoring, automation, and compliance.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross‑functional technical team.
- Provide hands‑on support during critical incidents and escalations.
- Conduct performance reviews, skill assessments, and capability development plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Continuous Improvement & Service Wellness
- Identify areas of improvement across processes, tools, and service delivery.
- Drive tech wellness initiatives to ensure systems are healthy, optimized, and compliant.
- Implement continuous improvement programs focused on automation, efficiency, and proactive issue prevention.
- Analyze recurring issues and implement long‑term corrective actions.
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
