About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager - a natural Closer driven to turn qualified pipeline into signed revenue and accelerate Decidr’s market penetration.
This role exists to turn qualified opportunity into signed revenue, directly accelerating the growth of DecidrOS and our expansion into new markets.
You’ll work with CEOs, CFOs, and senior operators navigating complex, often undefined problems - bringing clarity, shaping the commercial case, and moving them to decisive action.
In this role, you will:
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through to close
- Lead high-stakes, multi-threaded deals across executive stakeholders
- Translate complex problems into clear, commercial narratives
- Quantify ROI and business impact to drive confident decision-making
- Run tight deal strategy, negotiation and contract execution
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth transition from sale to onboarding
- Bring market insight back into product, positioning and go-to-market strategy
