Psychiatry position available due to tremendous growth across seven Indiana counties. This seven county Certified Community Behavioral Health Center is passionate about rural community-based mental and behavioral health and has vast plans for expansion.
Opportunity: • Practice in-person, remote, or hybrid in several N. Indiana communities • 4-day/ 32 hour per week position- 80% clinical 20% admin. • Serve as a collaborator with the CMO / Psychiatrist with a team of PMHNP providers and great support staff • Participate virtually in call schedule for crisis service lines • Pts.of all ages
Compensation/Benefits: •Competitive guaranteed base salary with higher earning potential based on background and the addition of production. Higher base salary for anyone BC in Child/Adolescent or Addiction •Full benefits, 5 days CME plus annual allowance, and retention bonus negotiable •Generous front-loaded PTO
Community: • Indiana has a lower cost of living, great schools, less traffic, and Midwest hospitality • Several N.
