Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon - Premier Adult Reconstruction Program
MercyOne Genesis is seeking a BC/BE Total Joint / Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic team. We are looking for a surgeon who is passionate about complex primary and revision joint arthroplasty, committed to delivering exceptional outcomes, and eager to practice in a collaborative, well?With strong system infrastructure, dedicated OR access, and robust APP support, youll have everything you need to build a thriving practice.
As part of a new and expanding practice, youll have the autonomy to help design, grow, and refine a high-performing adult reconstruction program.
* With a large regional draw and an established referral base, youll have immediate access to a wide variety of cases.
* Work closely with anesthesiology, hospitalists, primary care, and rehabilitation to support ideal outcomes for joint replacement patients.
* Predictable schedule, strong support, and a collaborative call model help you thrive both personally and professionally.
Level III Trauma Center
* Shared evening and weekend call (1:8)
* Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty preferred
* Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses
* Strong clinical and surgical skill set with a passion for total joints and revision work
* Open to graduating fellows and experienced surgeons
Relocation assistance up to $15,000
