Experienced Concrete Polisher Required (1 position available)
Australian Flooring Group Pty Ltd is currently seeking a leading hand with a minimum of 4 years experience in the polished concrete industry.

- Attractive income ($75,000 – $100,000 packages) commensurate with qualifications & experience
To be a successful candidate, you will be required as a minimum to undertake the following duties:
- Able to carry out Hiperfloor or an equivalent diamond polished concrete finished to an extremely high standard
- Able to efficiently grind and polish using edging grinders and 3 phase machinery and tooling from 16 grit to 8500 grit
- Able to apply epoxy, polyurethane and acrylic coatings with a high level of detail
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Completing projects within time & budget constraints
- Manage all aspects of the project from inception to completion
- Communicate effectively with clients & internal partners
- Delivering high quality finishes to surfaces on projects
- Manage all statutory documentation
- Operate within strict company policies, procedures & guidelines
- Maintain the appearance of company machinery, vehicles, uniforms & job sites
Experienced Floor Preparation Technician (3 positions available)
Australian Flooring Group Pty Ltd is currently seeking a leading hand with a minimum of 4 years experience in the floor laying industry.

To be a successful candidate, you will be required as a minimum to undertake the following duties:
Installation of self levelling flooring such as:
- Able to carry out floor removal and concrete grinding to prepare surfaces for micro toppings
- Able to efficiently install cementitious self levelling compounds
- Able to apply epoxy, polyurethane and acrylic coatings with a high level of detail
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Completing projects within time & budget constraints
- Manage all aspects of the project from inception to completion
- Communicate effectively with clients & internal partners
- Delivering high quality finishes to surfaces on projects
- Manage all statutory documentation
