Our Ideal Candidate Will Be
- Someone who lives and breathes customer service and enjoys communicating with a variety of people.
- An organised, computer literate, admin capable, and pro‑active person who can think on their feet, problem‑solve during high‑pressure situations and delegate tasks efficiently to improve operations.
- Confident, professionally presented, proud to represent our company, energetic, and has excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in F&B, Housekeeping, Guest Services (reception), Grounds and Maintenance, and Kitchen/cooking, is all very highly regarded.
- A trustworthy people lover who likes to keep busy and get the job done!
- A proficient level of written and spoken English is required.
