Assistant Nurse Manager

Hartford Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support daily operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this leadership role, you will collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, and maintain compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols. You will assist with staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and mentoring of nurses and support staff.
