Assignment details: Contract length: 13 weeks Shift length: 13 hour shifts Hours per week: 36 Start Date: ASAP Job responsibilities: Work 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts. Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated. Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs.
