Assignment details: Contract length: 16 weeks Shift length: 12 hour shifts Hours per week: 36 Start Date: ASAP Job responsibilities: Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members.
