Travel RN – MS/Telemetry (Neuro/Stroke) Location: Elmira, NY Start Date: June 7, 2026 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hrs/week) Compensation: Weekly Gross: $2,722 Hourly Rate: $41/hr Weekly Stipend: $1,246 (non-taxable) Responsibilities: Perform and document neurological assessments (NIH Stroke Scale) Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms Ensure compliance with stroke core measures (dysphagia screening, education, care plans) Administer medications using BCMA standards Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Manage admissions, discharges, and patient flow Focus on fall prevention, skin integrity, and patient safety Requirements: Active NY RN License BLS, ACLS required NIH Stroke Scale certification required MS/Telemetry experience preferred
