Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response. Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols. Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated.
