GI Nurse Practitioner

Hartford Healthcare seeks a GI Nurse Practitioner to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate and manage patients with gastrointestinal and liver disorders, perform comprehensive histories and physicals, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with GI physicians. Responsibilities include pre- and post-procedure care, medication management, patient and family education, and coordination of care across our network.
