Part Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesist

Cone Health is seeking a Part Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our not-for-profit health care network serving the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina. In this role, you will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for a diverse population of surgical, procedural, and obstetric patients in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other members of the perioperative team. Working in a dynamic, patient-centered environment, you will perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments, develop and implement individualized anesthetic plans, administer all forms of anesthesia, and closely monitor patients’ clinical status throughout the perioperative period. You will manage airways, vascular access, fluid and hemodynamic status, respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, and provide post-anesthesia evaluation and pain management to support optimal recovery. As part of Cone Health’s collaborative and compassionate culture, you will actively contribute to interprofessional communication, patient and family education, and adherence to evidence-based protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will participate in quality improvement initiatives, support innovative anesthesia and pain management practices, and maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
