Job Overview

Fragomen is seeking an experienced immigration lawyer or Registered Migration Agent (RMA) with at least two years of post‑admission or registration experience to join our corporate immigration team in Australia. The role offers structured professional growth in a collaborative environment, working with a diverse client base from individuals to multinational companies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client portfolios and deliver strategic immigration advice.
  • Proactively manage caseload with support staff.
  • Think commercially and cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Work closely with senior staff and coach and develop team members.
  • Represent clients in a broad range of immigration matters, including corporate and non‑corporate work.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Australian immigration law and practice.
  • At least two years post‑admission or RMA registration.
  • Quick learner with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Focused on client service, able to understand corporate challenges and execute solutions.
  • Process‑driven with excellent attention to detail, organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Accountable, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Effective team player with a flexible, can‑do work approach.
