Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional front‑of‑house experience, welcoming visitors and managing site access.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to site operations and leadership.
  • Provide administrative support to assigned leaders, including diary coordination, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and site activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support business functions including reporting, documentation, data entry and record management activities.
  • Act as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and systems in line with business and compliance requirements.
  • Support site compliance and governance activities, including documentation and audit preparation.
  • Manage competing priorities and ad‑hoc requests in a fast‑paced environment.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years previous experience in an administrative, reception or business support role.
  • AQF Level 6 or other 2‑year post‑high‑school training is required.
  • Demonstrated high‑level interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience in dealing with confidential information and the capacity to maintain confidentiality and professional standards of behaviour in difficult and sensitive circumstances.
  • Applicants must be Australian citizens and have an active or be able to obtain a minimum Baseline Defence Security Clearance.
