Expression of Interest – Sales Coordinators, Business Development Executives & Business Development Managers

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from motivated, organised and detail‑driven sales professionals to join our Sales team in a range of upcoming roles, including Sales Coordinators, Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet weekly and monthly goals for corporate room nights, MICE revenue, and hotel outlet sales in line with budget.
  • Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
  • Negotiate rates, prepare proposals, and respond to corporate room block and group booking inquiries within required timeframes.
  • Host familiarisation tours and site inspections for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with Hyatt brand standards.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients and PCOs to drive repeat business.
  • Oversee MICE event bookings and logistics, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with revenue management to maximize yield and monitor market trends for competitive positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records, update systems, and provide regular sales and revenue reports to management.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Hospitality, Business or Marketing is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in a sales or business development, particularly in the hospitality or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sectors.
  • Understanding of the hospitality industry including market trends, competitor activities and client needs.
  • Knowledge of revenue and yield management including related tools is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with technology including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce, Opera).
  • Knowledge of analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to foster and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally to the hotel.
