Description
- Prepare and maintain monthly customer invoicing
- Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of revenues and revenue related costs
- Reconciliation of customer and balance sheet accounts
- Ensure all customer and internal enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and in a professional manner
- Accurate and timely profitability reporting and correct customer billing
- Assisting with ad‑hoc tasks to support the wider finance function
Profile
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role
- CPA qualified or currently working towards (preferred)
- Exposure to invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
- Experience within a large or complex organisation is an advantage
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a deadline‑driven environment
