We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative. You’re a front-line A-player who
identifies qualified leads and opportunities. This role offers strong development opportunities for candidates looking to build and expand their professional experience.
The successful candidate will join a team of highly talented SDRs covering the EMEA
region. This high-performing team is part of the exciting JAGGAER Talenthub, which offers a
structured growth path into senior sales and presales roles.

Principal Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted prospecting campaigns across focused industries and regions to develop high-quality outbound leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to execute innovative, structured, and strategic prospecting plans with specific calls to action
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers
- Immediate action on inbound and campaign leads (MQLs)
- Run weekly territory forecasts while executing against yearly plans.
- Schedule Discovery Calls for the AEs
- Record and document all activities in CRM (Salesforce) following company protocol
- Leverage other marketing tools to identify and prioritize prospecting efforts while validating and cleansing data
- Achieving the monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Contribute to the research and creation of targeted prospect lists
- Own data management relative to performance, campaign, and operational execution
- Provide amazing prospect and customer experiences
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years proven business development; success through effective use of core sales tools. All relevant industry experience will be considered favourably.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
- Capability of understanding the prospect's pain points, requirements, and correlating potential business value
- Strong and professional communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands while achieving goals
- Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
- Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead
- Drive, grit, team-oriented: strong desire to compete and win
- Must have language skills: German and English.
- Other European languages are considered a plus.

- Strong collaboration with the respective vertical team on top target plans
- Consistent, daily effort to achieve goals
Deliverables:
- Weekly reporting of successes, challenges, and the following week’s priorities
- Bi-Weekly collaboration with dedicated vertical Accounts Executives and Marketing.
