ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Content & Social Marketing leader to drive the creation of high-performing video and social content for our eCommerce fashion brand.

This is a hands-on, in-house role responsible for strategy, filming, editing, and producing compelling short-form content for organic social - with a strong focus on creative that also fuels paid campaigns.

Sitting at the intersection of creative production, social media, and performance marketing, you will work closely with our external paid media agency to deliver scroll-stopping content that drives brand awareness, traffic, and conversion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Content Creation (Primary Focus)
  • Film and edit short-form video optimised for Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
  • Lead BTS and product-focused content at in-house and on-location shoots
  • Produce on-brand assets including styling content, product features, UGC-style ads, trend-led formats, and campaign creative
  • Own the end-to-end content process, from ideation, planning and filming through to editing and final delivery
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand aesthetic while remaining performance-focused and conversion-aware
Paid Marketing Content Support
  • Create high-performing assets specifically designed for paid social campaigns on Meta, Tiktok & Pinterest
  • Collaborate closely with our external paid media agency to align creative with campaign objectives
  • Iterate and optimise content based on performance insights and testing results
  • Maintain a well-organised library of paid and organic creative assets
Organic Social Media
  • Manage day-to-day organic social publishing
  • Stay across trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand content

IS THIS YOU

  • Proven experience (preferably 2-3 years in a similar Fashion/eCommerce role)
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven creative and what works in paid social
  • Comfortable in front and behind the camera
  • Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools
  • Highly organised, self-sufficient, and able to create efficiently at pace
  • Constantly ahead of the game and tapped into all social platforms and emerging social trends

  • Full-time or part-time in-house role (depending on experience)
  • Based at our MMB HQ in Somerville, Victoria (onsite parking)
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and creative teams
