Freelance Project: CRM Solution Architect – B2B
Duration: Until end of 2026 (extension possible)
Work Regime: Full‑time, hybrid
Onsite: Monday fixed + 1 flexible day
Languages: English (mandatory), Dutch (nice‑to‑have)
Role
As a Solution Architect, you design end‑to‑end solution architectures for complex business and IT challenges in a B2B context. You translate business needs into scalable, secure and maintainable solutions, ensuring seamless integration across applications and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and document solution architectures for complex, integrated systems
- Perform high‑level impact analyses and define solution options
- Align with business and technical stakeholders, adapting communication to the audience
- Provide insight into complexity, cost and feasibility; challenge requirements and propose alternatives
- Contribute to application modernization and rationalization
- Enforce architectural guardrails and promote enterprise architecture thinking
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Analytical, autonomous and result‑oriented
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience in large‑scale transformation programs
- Experience with complex application landscapes
- CRM domain experience (e.g. Salesforce)
- Documentation using Confluence and LeanIX
- Collaboration with offshore teams
