Role Overview
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead / ProjectManager provides leadership on large-scale, complex, high-profile, andhigh-risk I&IT initiatives within a public sector environment. This role isaccountable for ensuring project and change deliverables are completed on time,within scope and budget, while adhering to established project management andchange management frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational change management in asenior leadership role for a large, complex I&IT project
- Manage and direct a team of Change Managementconsultants
- Ensure project deliverables meet businessrequirements related to scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Lead change management strategy development,planning, and execution
- Promote adherence to standard project and changemanagement methodologies and best practices
- Direct project teams to ensure deliverablesalign with government and ministry standards
- Coordinate, monitor, and report on project andchange activities across all phases of delivery
- Develop and communicate guidelines, procedures,and training materials
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project andchange-related risks and issues
- Escalate risks and issues to senior executiveswith recommended mitigation strategies
- Establish and participate in steering committeesand stakeholder forums
- Provide project, program, and portfolio-levelreporting to senior stakeholders
- Resolve resourcing challenges, interpersonalconflicts, and stakeholder concerns
- Support change adoption by addressing resistanceand reinforcing change enablers throughout the project lifecycle
