We’re on the hunt for an experienced Property Manager to join our Kempsey team, who is ready to thrive in a high-performing and supportive environment.
- End-to-end property management across a well-maintained portfolio
- Business development focused on growing the rent roll and onboarding new landlords
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Conducting routine inspections, appraisals and lease renewals
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures
- Representing the Stone brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
SKILLS
Minimum 2+ years experience in property management
- Current Certificate of Registration / Real Estate Licence (NSW)
- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in property management software
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for real estate
- Current Driver’s Licence
