Description

How you will make an impact:

  • Expedite sales cycles while being an advocate for our clients
  • Work directly with Account Executives and Account Directors to ensure the right solutions are presented to meet our client's needs
  • Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of Bazaarvoice product offerings through continuous research and collaboration with various teams at Bazaarvoice
  • Enable your assigned sales team by coaching them on new product features, new product offerings, and recent product deprecations
  • Present product demos, ROI models, and technical overviews
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires with speed and precision
  • Build and deliver ROI models to showcase the value of the solution we are recommending to the client

We are looking for some who:

  • Has five plus years in a client facing role at a software company
  • Previous software sales, presales, consulting, or client facing engineering experience
  • Is curious
  • Has experience selling enterprise software
  • Possesses a well-honed business acumen and technical mind
  • Communicates effectively using exemplary written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Quickly solves complex problems in creative and repeatable ways
  • Thrives in a world where change occurs quickly and sometimes with little warning
  • Loves autonomy, but remains accountable to themselves, their team, and the greater organization at which they work
  • Drives accountability with others

  • Consultants with the ability to conduct high quality requirements gathering and discovery
  • Ambitious Implementation Specialists who recognize patterns among similar clients
  • Technically minded designers who understand what our clients value and how our solutions can accommodate
  • Project managers that are excellent communicators, can quickly build client rapport and keep clients focused on what really matters to a successful program
