Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled endodontist to provide specialized root canal therapy and endodontic services across general/multispecialty practices in the Sacramento area. This unique itinerant position offers flexibility, consistency packed schedules, and much higher income potential than a traditional private practice environment.
Schedule Details
- Typically 2-5 days per week
- Average 6-12 treatments per day (new grads 4-5 treatments/day to start)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and other endodontic procedures at various GP office locations
- Collaborate with general practitioners to ensure seamless patient care
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program
- Current California State dental license in good standing
