Field Sales Representatives (m/f)
Your mission
Reporting to the Sales Management, you are responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts within your assigned territory, covering Eastern Spain. You play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting leads into long-term customers.
In this context, your main responsibilities are:
- Analyze your territory and identify business opportunities
- Actively prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn, visits, networking and events
- Organize sales tours and generate qualified appointments
- Conduct product demonstrations and defend Kinvent's value proposition
- Manage the entire sales cycle through to completion
- Maintain a structured activity, with good use of CRM, regular reporting and KPI monitoring.
- Use digital tools, business software and internal processes with ease
- Working with structured methods and collaborative tools like Notion
- Share market feedback and collaborate with internal teams
- Represent the brand at congresses, trade shows and events
Your profile
You have a successful background in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
- Solid experience in B2B field sales
- Hunter profile with the ability to open new markets
- Experience in prospecting and developing new accounts
- Comfortable with technical products, software, or high-value solutions
- Excellent organization, autonomy, and results-oriented
- Strong affinity for technology and comfort with digital tools
- Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
- Pragmatic, flexible mentality and start-up spirit
Salary & benefits : 35,000€ fixed salary gross per year, up to 20,000€, company car provided
