• Monday - Friday schedule with no weekends
• 36 clinical hours plus 4 admin hours per week
• Clinic hours 9 am - 5 pm
• Phone-only call with nurse practitioner first call coverage
• Patient census of 20 - 25 per day
• FQHC with 7 locations in Northern Kentucky
• Board-certified or board-eligible required
