Pediatric Psychiatrist – Child-Centered Behavioral Health Program

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Psychiatrist to join our inaugural team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This is a unique opportunity to practice within an integrated primary care modelworking alongside pediatricians, behavioral health clinicians, and families to deliver coordinated, child-centered mental health care.

In this role, you will focus on diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and advancing a collaborative, team-based approach to pediatric behavioral health.

Your Role

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing medication management and monitoring
• Support childrens emotional, behavioral, and developmental wellbeing
• Partner with families through education and shared decision-making
• Collaborate closely with an integrated care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completed Psychiatry residency
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (Child & Adolescent fellowship preferred)
• Active state license and DEA (or eligibility)
• Experience treating common pediatric psychiatric conditions
• Comfort working in an integrated, team-based care model

This role is primarily on-site with limited hybrid flexibility.
