Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, initiate, develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities in target accounts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Perform timely outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (e.g., email) to prospect new opportunities.
  • Identify key decision‑makers, determine buying readiness and timelines.
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, events and conferences.
  • Network with market influencers, consultants and partners.

Key Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) in lead generation or outbound sales experience.
  • Strong interest or experience working for a SaaS organization.
  • Passionate about people and building relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and independent self‑starter with strong organisational skills.
  • Problem‑solver who thinks creatively.
  • Can multi‑task and shift priorities as needed.
  • Driven as an individual contributor, but loves to collaborate as part of a team.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience or knowledge in HR or HR technology related platforms.

Location & Working Conditions

We will only consider candidates located in the Sydney Metro Area who are willing to work in our Sydney office at least two days a week.

Salary

Base salary range: $55,000 - $80,500 per annum, plus a 30% variable component based on achievement of target.
