New Positions, New Projects
We have new projects commencing immediately and in the new year, 2:1 or 3:1 rosters from Perth.

- Steel fixing: Minimum 4 years' experience in similar positions
- Earthmoving tickets & all‑rounder experience in formwork and concrete – advantageous
- Scope of works: crusher construction or similar highly regarded projects
About Us:
Flanco is a growing civil contracting company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects nationwide, operating through Perth and Goldfields divisions.
We are seeking experienced steel fixers to join our team. Our projects generally run from 3‑6 months with crews moving from project to project, providing variety and ongoing work. Typical scopes include mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants.
Flanco operates lean on the ground with small to medium‑sized crews of 5‑30. All‑rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have a strong work ethic and a team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping out concreters, carpenters and operators will be highly regarded.
About You:
- Experience in a similar role
- Steel fixing: Minimum 4 years experience
- Earthmoving tickets & all‑rounder experience in formwork and concrete – advantageous
- Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain
- Minimum Manual C‑class driver’s licence (HR licence preferred but not essential)
- White Card
- Willingness to undertake a pre‑employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol test prior to start work and ongoing during employment
