We are seeking a consultant-minded Business Analyst to bring their HCM, HR, Payroll and Workforce Management expertise into our consulting practice.

While this role may focus on HCM HR Payroll and Workforce Management solutions, your work as a consultant may also span other projects platforms and technologies depending on client needs and your areas of interest. This flexibility allows you to grow your experience develop new skills and apply your BA capability across a broad range of transformation initiatives.

You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients and future projects, including Government, Banking and Financial Services, Not-for-Profit, Telecommunications, Technology and Utilities, gaining exposure to different industries, operating models and delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Run requirements workshops with Business, HR, Technology, and Operations stakeholders to capture business needs and pain points.
• Document requirements (BRDs/user stories), current-state and future-state process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse processes and recommend improvements aligned to best practice and system capability.
• Partner with delivery teams and vendors across all phases of implementation, including solution design, configuration validation and deployment. Define functional specifications for integrations, data, workflows, and reporting.
• Contribute to data migration activities: data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Plan and execute SIT/UAT testing, manage defects, and support cutover and go-live readiness.
• Create documentation, training materials, and support user adoption.
• Maintain governance, release documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst within HRIS/Payroll/WFM or ERP/CRM projects.
• Mandatory proven implementation experience with one or more major platforms:
• Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Dayforce (Ceridian), UKG/Kronos, ADP, ichris/Chris21, Aurion, ELMO.
• SAP, Oracle (Fusion / NetSuite), Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, TechnologyOne, Workday, Infor, ServiceNow, Pronto.
• Strong grounding in BA and delivery approaches, including Agile/Scrum and hybrid models.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across business and technical teams and influence outcomes at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Process mapping (BPMN/Visio)
• Writing user stories/acceptance criteria
• Functional/specification documentation
• Integration requirements
