Culinary Supervisor - Delta Hotel (Allen)

Job Description Summary:

Understanding of a kitchen operation within the hotel. Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, basic cost control understanding, basic communication, leadership skills and computer skills. May assist in monitoring payroll costs & overtime. Responsibilities include the supervising of hourly cooks.

Job Description:

* Person has basic skills in department training and is capable of assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef.
* Assist in operations ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
* Monitor food quality and cost.
* Maintain service standards and levels.
* A true desire to satisfy both internal and external customers' needs of others in a fast-paced hotel environment.
* Must have physical stamina to lift, carry, push and pull moderate amounts of weight.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time.
* Ability to work flexible schedule and various shifts, including but not limited to, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
