We’re currently seeking a dynamic District Manager (Retail Operations) to lead our Newcastle District, which includes offices across the Hunter region, Mid-North Coast plus Tamworth and Moree. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail operations leader to make a real impact — no tax experience required.
About the Role:
Based in Newcastle, this role involves regular travel across your district to:
- Visit and support multiple offices
- Coach and mentor staff to deliver exceptional client service
- Ensure retail presentation and operational standards are upheld
- Resolve escalated client complaints and complex issues
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff performance, and development
- Support office refurbishments, relocations, and seasonal setups
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail operations / multi-site management
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel regularly across the district
